Amanda Floyd
Co Founder + CEO
Amanda is originally from Arkansas where she began her dental career in 1998, spending 10 years working in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics before relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2009. She began working with Dr. Ben Fishbein in early 2012, and the rest is history! She mastered every position before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2015. Amanda was named "Business Woman of the Year" by the Junior League of Pensacola and has been recognized as Pensacola's 'Best Employer' multiple times. Together she and Dr. Fishbein, along with their team, have grown a small practice of 2 offices into a flourishing 9 location, 25M annual production practice.
Amanda serves in several roles within the orthodontic industry- CEO and CoFounder of Amanda Floyd Private Consulting, CEO and CoFounder of Fishbein Fundamentals, and Chief Operating Officer of Fishbein Orthodontics. Since starting their consulting business in 2018, she and the Fishbein team have hosted over 1000 orthodontic practices.
When Amanda is not traveling the world visiting her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her precious grand babies), hiking, working out, gardening, and reading a good book.
Dr. Ben Fishbein
Co Founder + Orthodontist
Dr. Fishbein is originally from Maryland and did his dental school training there. After completing dental school, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida to complete his Orthodontic Residency and Fellowship training. Soon after residency, he earned his Board Certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics by the American Board of Orthodontics. In addition to serving his patients at Fishbein Orthodontics, he also serves on the board of the EscaRosa Dental Society and Florida Dental Association. He also has the privilege of lecturing to Orthodontic residency programs on Invisalign, Incognito (behind the teeth braces), and practice management. Dr. Fishbein's ingenuity and conviction motivate his team to reach outstanding goals.
Kasey Tilley
Executive Director
With 10 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, Kasey Tilley began her career at Fishbein Orthodontics in 2014 as a Sterile Technician and quickly transitioned to the role of Treatment Coordinator, eventually leading her to become the Director of Sales. Kasey played a key role in training the sales team at Fishbein Orthodontics and has extended her expertise to team members across the country. She also started the whitening program at Fishbein Orthodontics, which became Florida's leading provider of Zoom Whitening.
Now serving as the Executive Director of Fishbein Fundamentals, Kasey helps practices nationwide by providing training and support in all aspects of practice management. Her favorite part of the industry is witnessing the growth and happiness of team members and doctors, especially seeing their motivation to implement what they learned after attending a conference or team training.
Miranda Riley
VP of Consulting
With 6 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Miranda Riley began her journey at Fishbein Orthodontics in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. She quickly excelled in each position, ultimately leading the sales team to success as the Lead Treatment Coordinator. Her diverse experience—from clinical to administrative to sales—has shaped her into a powerhouse in the industry.
Now, as the Consulting Director at Amanda Floyd Consulting, Miranda leads a team of consultants to ensure the best experiences and outcomes for each practice. She is also dedicated to guiding her own clients toward growth and success.
Miranda's favorite aspect of the orthodontic industry is witnessing the success of each practice, whether they are focused on growth or striving for a better work-life balance. She is passionate about implementing systems and streamlining operations to help practices achieve their goals and maximize profitability.
Aliza Sliwinski
Consulting Manager
With ten years of experience in the orthodontics industry, Aliza has built a diverse career focused on operational excellence and team development. In roles such as TC, Marketing and Management, she has played a pivotal role in rapidly establishing a multi-location practice, demonstrating a strong ability to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across teams.
Aliza is passionate about fostering efficiency and positivity within teams, believing that innovative thinking is key to success in the orthodontic industry. Her creative approach has consistently helped teams streamline processes, enhance patient experiences, and achieve growth objectives.
As a dedicated professional, Aliza thrives on collaboration and is committed to empowering AFC clients to reach their full potential. She takes pride in developing strategies that not only improve operational performance but also create a supportive and inspiring workplace culture.

Senior Consultant
With 7 years of experience spanning every department in the orthodontic field- from treatment coordination and sales to operations and management- Emma brings a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful, patient-focused practice. Her diverse experience across orthodontic practices gave her a clear understanding of what fuels both thriving teams and positive patient experiences.
Known for her warm and approachable style, Emma believes growth happens when people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
Her favorite thing about consulting is watching teams gain confidence and come together as they implement new systems and see real progress.

With over 15 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, Judi began her career in 2010 and has since worked in every department within a practice, from chairside assisting and clinical coordination to treatment coordination and office management. Her extensive background gives her a comprehensive understanding of both the patient journey and the operational flow that drives a successful orthodontic practice.
Judi is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening communication, and building systems that create consistency and accountability across teams. Her ability to connect with people, identify growth opportunities, and inspire confidence makes her a powerful partner to practices striving for operational excellence and team alignment.

With over 15 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, Melissa began her career in 2009 and has worked all roles from the lab tech to office manager and everything in between. This well-rounded background gives her a deep understanding of how each position contributes to the patient experience and the success of a practice.
As a consultant with Amanda Floyd Consulting, Melissa is passionate about elevating the patient experience and building teams that achieve goals through hard work and strong communication. Consultant
With over 10 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, Crystal has built a well-rounded career spanning nearly every area of an orthodontic practice. Beginning as a Clinical Assistant, she advanced into leadership roles as an Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator while also gaining experience in the lab, records, and front office. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on creating efficient operations and exceptional patient experiences.
In addition to her practice experience, Crystal has supported orthodontic teams through consulting and her work with Gaidge, an orthodontic analytics platform, helping practices interpret key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Crystal is passionate about building positive team cultures, simplifying processes, and creating systems that promote accountability and long-term success. Known for her positive energy and solutions-focused approach, she partners with practices to strengthen leadership, elevate the patient experience, and empower teams to reach their full potential.

Consultant
With over 20 years of management experience, including more than 12 years in the dental field across both orthodontic and dual pediatric/orthodontic practices, Melinda has built a career rooted in operational excellence and team leadership. From treatment coordination and office management to her roles as Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, she has worked across every facet of practice operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the patient journey and the systems that drive a successful, multi-million dollar practice.
Melinda is passionate about building team culture, developing systems, and creating the protocols and accountability structures that allow practices to scale with consistency. Her experience spans full P&L ownership, HR and team leadership for staffs of 30+, and the planning and execution of expansion locations and build-outs from start to finish. Her ability to connect with people, identify growth opportunities, and lead high-performing teams makes her a powerful partner to practices striving for operational excellence.
Melinda uses her hands-on, on-the-ground experience to help practices strengthen their systems, elevate team performance, and foster a culture where staff feel motivated, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Kari Prodan

With over 8 years of experience in the orthodontic field and a background in dental assisting, Kari started her orthodontic career at Fishbein Orthodontics as a clinician, where she gained hands-on experience in patient care and treatment processes. Kari's expertise grew when she transitioned into the role of Treatment Coordinator and throughout her 4.5 years she played a key role in the practice's growth and success, honing her skills in patient communication, treatment planning, and practice management. Her ability to connect with patients and contribute to refined processes has driven remarkable results in patient satisfaction and practice productivity.
As a consultant, Kari is dedicated to helping orthodontic teams improve their patient experience, optimize workflows, and achieve sustainable growth. Her focus is on guiding practices in achieving success by combining exceptional care with smart, effective strategies.
